Sophia is graduating from Sacred Heart Academy on Long Island and will be attending Indiana University in the fall.

After seeing her grandmother successfully battle kancer at the age of 6, Sophia pledged to do things to help others affected by this disease. As a young girl, she made and sold bracelets to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. After volunteering at a number of Jam Kancer In The Kan events and hearing Fenov speak, Sophia staged her own Kancer Jam event and used the funds raised to purchase gifts for children with kancer at a local hospital.
