The Jam Kancer In The Kan movement was born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey in 2014. On September 20, 2014, 24 families from Scotch Plains and its neighboring town of Fanwood gathered in a backyard and competed for the title of  Kan Jam Champions of Scotch Plains/Fanwood.  Since that time, the event has grown in size and stature, thanks in large part to the support our fundraising teams have received from their neighbors and the surrounding business community. We are proud of our community for their incredible support, and we look forward to the day where other communities join us to help Jam Kancer In The Kan in their hometowns.
