HELP US JAM KANCER IN THE KAN

IN SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD!

On Saturday night, October 21, 2023, we will gather as a community for the 10th consecutive year to Jam Kancer In The Kan! Please join us for the 10th Annual Scotch Plains-Fanwood Kancer Jam, Presented by Ray Catena Mercedes of Union, taking place at The Inman Sports Complex, located just outside of Scotch Plains at 2 Villa Drive in Edison, New Jersey from 6:00pm-10:00pm.

The funds you help us raise will allow families affected by a kancer diagnosis to smile, not have to worry how they're going to pay their rent or mortgage, not have to tell their child that they can't play their favorite sport because they don't have money, not have to wonder how they're going to pay for their treatments, etc. Together, we will bring light to families that finds themselves cloaked in the darkness of a kancer diagnosis.

SUMMARY

The first-ever "Kancer Jam" fundraising event took place in a Scotch Plains backyard in 2014, with 24 teams competing in a Kan Jam tournament that raised over $14,000. Eight years later, the Jam Kancer In The Kan Foundation has grown into a grassroots movement that has raised over $2,000,000 for families affected by this vile disease.

Join us as we honor our past 10 years of raising funds for families affected by this vile disease by looking back at our beginnings in a backyard in Scotch Plains and towards the future of our fight to help others.

8:45pm- Group Play Ends
9:00pm- Elite 8 Begins
9:15pm- Final Four Begins
9:30pm- Championship Begins (2 out of 3)
10:00pm- Champion Crowned

Each team agrees to fundraise/donate a minimum of $500. Upon registering, your fundraising page will have a unique URL, which you can share to solicit donations from friends, family & sponsors.
