HELP UNION THUNDER HOCKEY CLUB

JAM KANCER IN THE KAN!

Union Thunder Hockey Club strives not only to teach our players to become better hockey players on the ice, but also better people off the ice and in the community. It is with that in mind that we have chosen to partner with the Jam Kancer In The Kan Foundation, a New Jersey-based charity that supports families affected by a cancer diagnosis by staging "Kancer Jam" events in local communities and with NHL players. You can learn more about Jam Kancer by visiting www.jamkancerinthekan.com.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so we'd like our Thunder players to "GO PINK" by wearing these "Jam Kancer" headbands on the ice for their games during the month of October. The suggested donation for each headband is $10. Teams may pre-order them by making their donation and indicating their team name. Headbands will be distributed to team managers on Friday, September 30th.

Jam Kancer will be on-site at Thunder Fest and will be selling any remaining headbands. They will also be offering attendees the chance to win hockey-related prizes and memorabilia by trying their hand at Kan Jam. More details will be annouced as we get closer to October 1.

We look forward to seeing our Thunder family rocking these headbands, and we thank everyone for helping the Thunder Jam Kancer In The Kan!

Once in a Lifetime Experiences

We have delivered once in a lifetime experience to help fade the trauma that cancer brings to our younger friends.

Community Support!

But maybe most importantly, we have delivered a community of people who will always be available to help with anything big or small
